1. Return Eligibility

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

1. Contact our support team at Jarod@crashcaptures.com or call (855) 918-0042 with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Ship the product to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

*Please do not return items without first contacting us for authorization.*

3. Return Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Refund amount will exclude original shipping charges, if applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged through misuse or negligence

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
